High School is a time for good times and growth. A time for figuring out who we are and where we want to go. For Lachelle and Ray, High School is where they found their lifetime partner. The story goes that Lachelle told her friend she thought Ray was cute, and although a bit shy, he reciprocated a connection that never faded. These high school sweethearts went to the movies on their first date, afterward making ice cream outings a collective routine. The pair were active in school, Raymond played football and baseball; Lachelle was a majorette. Although they took a break in their relationship, as teenage relationships do, they’d reconnect down the road, recognizing that the initial fire they found in Spanish class was now brighter than ever before. Today, the two took a walk through their alma mater, Clairton High School, a moment to appreciate where things started but more importantly, envision the adventures to come……See you in the fall!
