It's funny how a simple toss of a frisbee leads to one stranger catching the eye of another, how a casual conversation leads to an intentional first date at an Irish Pub and "Parks and Rec" marathons. It's amazing how those first few moments can grow into seconds, thirds, and forever. This weekend we gathered to celebrate the union of Tricia and Steve. Friday afternoon, the two met with a small group of immediate family and friends at Sacred Heart Church in Shadyside, a rock's throw from where Tricia hosted holiday parties at her first apartment in Pittsburgh. At Sacred Heart, they enjoyed a small yet intimate ceremony, the perfect precursor to their Southside Celebration Sunday, where the two met for a private moment, appreciating the journey and looking forward to their future. The ceremony soon followed with the reception and toast. The dance floor was full of guests doing the most. Congrats to Steve and Tricia!
