Today, we celebrate the Union of Cheryl and Bill. A 50th Anniversary is a recognition of a successful partnership that has remained steadfast through life's wins and setbacks. This evening was a shared celebration amongst friends and family, many of whom had been there from the beginning. For starters, you had Brian, Bill's brother and best man, and Steffie, Cheryl's matron-of-honor. Cheryl had known Steffie since they were both in kindergarten, and they traveled together in Europe when they were young adults. The couple toasted everyone in attendance with a musical score tailored to memories they'd had together. Elise, their daughter, provided the epilogue of the evening as she expressed how lucky she felt to be their daughter. As we listened to her testimony, I caught a glimpse of Samarth, her husband, gazing at Elise with the same admiration Bill still has for Cheryl after all these years. To 50 years, and many more memories to come! Congratulations!
