College is the start of a new chapter in life. New friends, new expectations and yes, a love story or two. About ten years ago, Dedeepya and Dennis’ story started on the move-in day in New Hampshire as the two were moving into their Dartmouth dorms. Just friends at first, the two quickly figured out they had more in common than just a passion for the STEM field. They’re not just partners, their friends. On their wedding day, you could feel how invested they were in the other’s happiness; such a sentiment was shared in both the Hindu and Western ceremonies via a live-stream that was broadcasted throughout the world for those friends and family who couldn’t make the trip but sent their well wishes via iPad. I gotta tell you, I feel lucky to have been in attendance at such a genuine show of affection. My best to you both in the years go come.
