Who knew that Eve and Paris’ first date would lead to their forever, that their initial order of Thai would lead to them tying the knot, that when they first smiled together, they’d never stop. Such a level of bliss cannot be contrived or modeled, and although rare, it’s recognizable to anyone lucky enough to come across it. Over two hundred friends and family eagerly took their seats at the 20th Century Club in Oakland as Paris awaited Eve at the end of the aisle. In a ceremony that had many memorable moments, it was the nuptials that moved everyone in attendance-each line communicating a level of devotion that waters the eye and speaks softly to the heart. Making a seamless transition to the cocktail hour and dinner speeches, friends and family reflected not only on the couple but also on the collective synergy they created for everyone they touched. As Chris, Paris’ twin brother stated, they are in fact “a tribe.” The celebration continued in the ballroom below with dances, laughter and libation.
