Alexandria, a Pittsburgh native, met Pierre during her time in New Orleans. While there, they took in much of the magnolia culture and brought some of that Bourbon Street swag north when they came up to Seven Springs for their wedding. Alexandria, a huge fan of all things Disney, wanted to have a mermaid themed wedding, to which Pierre was more than happy to oblige. During the getting ready pics, the ladies sang in chorus to " Under the Sea," " Be our Guest," and " The Lion King." The men were not as vocally inclined but none the less excited. This energy would transition easily from the cabins to the ceremony and onto the reception where the couple was met with a New Orleans style marching band. Horns blew the bass notes as drums kept the cadence as the couple marched into reception. Once the couple had a moment to collect their thoughts, they listened to friends and family tell their versions of them, and how happy they were to see them happy. Alexandria and Pierre wiped each others tears away as both were touched by the kind words of loved ones. And with that, the dance floor opened up with a bang. Foxes, Mermaids, young and young at heart all swarmed the floor with high jumps and low twists as the wedding party danced the night away.
